Vegan Flapjack Recipe

Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup of vegan butter
– 3/4 cup of brown sugar
– 1/4 cup golden/maple syrup
– 3 1/2 cups of quick cooking oats
– 1/2 cup of flour of choice
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 of dried fruit/nuts of choice

Method:

– Add vegan butter, sugar and syrup to a saucepan.
– Simmer until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
– Take off the heat and add the oats, salt and cinnamon.
– Mix until combined.
– Cook at 180 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
