Bowl 1 Ingredients:
– 3 over ripe bananas (mashed)
– 100g (1/2 a cup) of oil
– 200g (1 cup) of caster sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
– 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Bowl 2 ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 130g (1 cup) of flour
– 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 1 Banana for the top
Method:
– mix together ingredients for each bowl separately.
– Add bowl 1 ingredients to bowl 2 and mix until combined (don’t over-mix)
– Add mixture to a baking tin and top with 1 sliced banana.
– Cook at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes cover with foil for remaining 20 minutes (so it doesn’t burn the top)
