Transport:
Rent a Scooter (Only if you are very experienced at driving them, the roads are dangerous if your not confident to drive one)
Grab/GoJek (Basically like Uber and you can get them anywhere)
To get to North Bali I Recommend getting a driver as it is far, or look for packages where transport is included)
To get to the Bali Nusa Islands, Gili Islands and Lombok there are fast boats from Sanur or Padang Bai.
To get to the other Indonesian Islands you can book flights, I recommend using SkyScanner as I always find the cheapest prices there.
